Cindy

From a young age I knew I was destined for a helping profession. Then after reading "A Child Called 'It'", I knew I wanted to change the lives of children. I received my undergrad in Psychology from Elizabethtown College and while working in the mental health field with adults I decided to pursue my Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) at Temple University.  I continued working in the field full time as I received my clinical license.  Finally, my hard work and vision was coming true when I accepted a position working with children and families.  Since then I have expanded my knowledge by receiving extensive training in play therapy and working to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and toward Infant Mental Health endorsement.  I am rostered to provide Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), a gold standard treatment in Infant Mental Health interventions.  I am dedicated to providing the best services I can to help your children and family heal and grow.  I currently serve on the Board of Directors for New Jersey Association for Play Therapy, helping to expand play therapy training, knowledge and resources in the state of New Jersey.

My husband and I are blessed with two beautiful children.  We enjoy spending time outdoors, particularly going on nature walks or spending as much time as we can with friends, family or at the beach. When I'm not working or studying I also enjoy many hobbies such as reading, crafting, or knitting. I am also a firm believer in self-care and engage in walks, exercise and mindfulness.
